We are looking for a compassionate, capable, and caring individual as a Full-Time Sales Intake Coordinator to work out of our corporate office in Menifee.

The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for the coordination of home care services to prospective clients and referrals. You will evaluate clients referred to our organization, identifying insurance coverage, and coordinating referrals for home services.

This position requires for you to work in-office

• Receive, convert and process client inquiries for the Senior and Developmentally Disabled divisions
• Build relationships with referral sources to increase growth
• Gather detailed information from potential clients and families inquiring for Private Pay services
• Transcribe detailed and accurate information into client database to ensure a successful caregiver match
• Work closely with Operations to ensure start of care of new clients and share with referral sources
• Share new referral contact information with the Community Outreach Coordinator so that Cambrian collateral can be emailed, mailed or delivered in person
• Identify and screen a diverse talent pool of non-medical caregivers and special needs providers
• Actively conduct and engage candidate outreach in the applicant tracking system
• Partner with  Recruitment team, Onboarding Coordinators and Staffing Coordinators to understand priority cases, required skills and other key success factors
• Communicates with client and family regarding arrangements for initiation of care/services
• Works closely with Staffing Coordinating department to ensure adequate care
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
