We are looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist for our corporate office in Long Beach. A Quality Assurance Specialist is to oversee systems of quality assurance and provide feedback in correcting areas of improvement. This position will work collaboratively with staff, supervisors, and management to ensure the accuracy of client and caregiver documentation and records.

This is not a remote position.

• Assist qith the matching of client and caregiver
• conduct visit update caregiver notes and client profile
• Provide update to staffing coordinators to assist with finding the right client and right caregiver
• Conduct QA calls to clients to receive feedback on services and caregiver performance
• In-Person quality assurance visits to client homes

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills required.
• Experience with children/adult with special needs a PLUS!
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English
• 3+ year's customer service experience
• Staffing experience is a plus!
• Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Spanish speaking a PLUS!

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
