We are looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Quality Assurance Specialist for our office in Torrance. A Quality Assurance Specialist oversees quality assurance systems and provides feedback in correcting improvement areas. This position will work collaboratively with staff, supervisors, and management to ensure the accuracy of client and caregiver documentation and records.

Candidate must have reliable transportation to be able to drive clients home to complete the assessment. Mileage is reimbursed

This is not a remote position.

• Assist qith the matching of client and caregiver
• conduct visit update caregiver notes and client profile
• Provide update to staffing coordinators to assist with finding the right client and right caregiver
• Conduct QA calls to clients to receive feedback on services and caregiver performance
• In-Person quality assurance visits to client homes

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational skills required.
• Experience with children/adults with developmental disabilities a PLUS!
• Must possess excellent communication skills in English
• 3+ year's customer service experience
• Staffing experience is a plus!
• Able to exercise discretion with confidential information
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Spanish speaking a requirement

• 18+ years old
• US work authorization
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and reference check
• Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
