We are looking for a Full-Time Bilingual Customer Service Quality Assurance Specialist for our office in Torrance. A Quality Assurance Specialist is to oversee systems of quality assurance and provide feedback in correcting areas of improvement. This position will work collaboratively with staff, supervisors, and management to ensure the accuracy of client and caregiver documentation and records.
Must be comfortable driving to client homes to conduct home visits
This is not a remote position.
