We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Temporary Recruiter to support our team for a defined assignment from May 2026 to January 2027. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations while contributing to meaningful work alongside a collaborative team.
Admin Staff Recruitment & Hiring
· Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process, from job posting through offer extension, and communication around onboarding for administrative staff roles
· Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and qualifications for the role; contact references to determine a candidate’s viability to support the organization’s needs
· Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system (ATS)
· Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and function as a brand ambassador when representing the organization
Provider Talent Pipeline Development
· Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through outreach, networking, job fairs, partnerships with local training programs, and digital platforms
· Collaborate with community organizations, nursing schools, and vocational programs to attract top talent
· Effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding recruiting needs and job postings
· Submit associated reporting as requested
· 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or home care
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
· Effective communication and organizational skills
· Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
· Experienced in job posting and related requirements
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
