Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring Behavioral Technicians with the passion to provide one-on-one care in the home to children and adults with developmental disabilities. We are currently hiring for providers in Glendale. Shifts available Monday - Sunday. 

7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

Hourly Wage: $24.00/hr.

• Provide support for individuals with developmental disabilities that have challenging behaviors, help relieve family members from daily living activities.
• Implement behavior management strategies including responding to physically aggressive behavior, as trained.
• Engage with the individual through activities that they enjoy.
• Recognize and respond to behavioral patterns to anticipate and prevent triggers for behaviors.
• Provide crisis intervention with the individuals safety in mind.
• Maintain a positive relationship with the client and family.

• 18+ years old
• CPI or Pro Act required
• 6 months experience working with behavior is required
• Ability to pass a background check, live scan, and reference check
• Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)
